Group survival ==> work together and has a leader who accepts responsibility for the group.
We will survive if ==>
- know what to do and when to do.
- Assign each person in the group a task.
- Learn each member's special skills.
- Good leadership,lessens panic, confusion and disorganization.
Leader must ==>
- maintan respect.
- watchout for problems.
- know yourself and the member of your group.
- feeling of mutual dependence.
- not leave the wounded or injured.
- each members receive support and strength.
Basic skills ==>
- communication and negotiation.
Today I learn how to manage my group if I be a leader.
All of the input given by Dr. Mastura is already applied in practical as during done assigment in group such as theatrette and task on Penang Times Square.
Are we want to be a leader in future or just be as "KULI"?? Think bout it wisely. If want to be a leader, so wake up and try the best you can,to achieve it. Do not study hard but study smart because even you force yourself to study, but you are not getting somethings while study, it does not mean anythings..just wasting your time.....gambatte kudosai!!! pogia aji mara~~ (^_^)
